The 2024 Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) Wakiso region girls’ football championship has reached the quarter final stage.
This followed grueling group stage matches since Monday, 7th April 2024 in Nadangira zone.
Defending champions St Noa Girls School also remains the overwhelming favourites thus far as they face Agro Links in the quarter finals.
On Thursday, St Noa Girls Zzana humbled Light Secondary and Vocational School 10-0.
Taggy High School, 11-0 winners over Comprehensive Secondary School during their final group game, will face Namugongo Vocational and Secondary School during a quarter final duel.
The other two quarter final match-ups will witness Standard High School Zzana against Aiden College whilst Rines Secondary School shall lockhorns with Kakungulu High School.
Wakiso region will qualify four schools to the USSSA Fresh Dairy games due in Luweero.
