KCCA survived an early scare to beat hosts Gaddafi 2-1 at Gaddafi Arena on Friday to continue ascendancy.

Rashid Mpaata had given the hosts a 6th minute lead when he scored from the spot after KCCA fouled in the area.
Defeat leaves the Jinja army side in the bottom three with 18 points after 22 matches.
At Kakyeeka, Mbarara City and Maroons settled for a goalless draw in a closely contested match.
Maroons drop to 7th with 35 points, same as 6th placed KCCA who have a better goal difference.
Mbarara City are 10th on the log with 28 points, same as 11th placed Soltilo Bright Stars.
