Heathens topped the table and Impis were the lowest-ranked team after the conclusion of the regular season of the 2024 Nile Special Rugby (Men’s) Championship.

Of the eleven matches played, Heathens won ten and collected five bonus points to finish head and shoulders above everyone else. They only dropped points against Hippos in a twenty-all draw at Damwaters in Round Three.

Second-placed Hippos separated the leaders from their perennial title challengers Pirates and KOBs.

Mongers bagged their staple fifth place ahead of Rhinos who had started the season impressively. The two went neck and neck with Buffaloes in the mid-table until the end of the regular season.

Walukuba were consoled with the last slot in the championship playoffs after a couple of “so close yet so far” results.

Eagles’ first season in the top flight saw them finish in ninth place ahead of regulars Rams, Warriors, and Impis.

Impis’ results took a complete 180-degree turn from their high-flying performance last season and they sank to the bottom of the table.
