The root of the recent clash between MC Kats and Eddy Kenzo has been uncovered as a dispute over allegations from MC Kats accusing Eddy Kenzo of withholding financial support for Fille’s upcoming concert.
In response, Eddy Kenzo has refuted these claims, asserting that he has provided support to Fille during challenging times, including her battle with depression. He maintains that he offered Fille a collaboration, aiming to aid her resurgence in the music scene.

However, from our sources close to the matter, MC Kats sought financial assistance from Eddy Kenzo, purportedly from the 5 billion Ugandan Shillings allocated by the government to the Federation for artists.
Eddy Kenzo, as the president, allegedly directed MC Kats to register as a member of the SACCO before any financial support could be granted, leading to a dispute.
MC Kats today took to his X platform to further emphasize the matter. In his post, he says he’s aware of a couple of Kenzo’s friends who have bought cars in recent months allegedly using this stimulus fund.
