Pajule Lions 0-1 Kitara [Agg: 1-4]

Kitara completed a double over lowly Pajule Lions to reach the finals of the Stanbic Uganda Cup where they face NEC.

Brian Aheebwa 15th minute goal decided the encounter away from home after the Royals had won the reverse fixture 3-1 in Masindi.

They win 4-1 on aggregate and stay in contention for a league and cup double as they are one point behind leaders BUL in the premier league.

Their final with NEC, scheduled on the May 25 will go down in history as one with two clubs that play in the final for the first time having been promoted to the premier league in the same season.

The venue of the final will be announced by FUFA in the coming weeks.
